Ned Raggett Well this is a discovery (for me!). I had a couple of short songs of the band's on some comps but otherwise the name rang no bells. As a first listen from a veteran act, though, this is top notch; if this kind of frenetic hyper-punk/no wave matches the rest I've been missing out. Highly recommended to all. Favorite track: The Hour of (Your) Annihilation.

Floor-to-ceiling Boris ragers! It’s like they looked back on songs like Statement and Woman On the Screen and said “let’s do a whole album like that!” Most of these tracks don’t even pass 3 minutes! Zerkalo holds up the middle with some anguished doom. In the end, *NO* is as strong and declarative as it’s title. Brian Parker

I've had a slow burn with this album, it started as something I easily recognized as good, but I've been coming back to it throughout the year and it keeps getting better, and now I really do believe this is one of the best albums KRS has put out. It gets into some raucous ALL CAPS chaotic energy but paces it out well and throws in tracks that give the album experience some dynamics. But even in those valleys it still feels so intense and vital. Truly gripping stuff here. Alex Tripp
